How Do I Return My Product?
Easy Returns with Attri Lifestyle
We want you to love what you wear! But if something doesn’t feel right, returning it is simple.
How to Return Your Order:
- Go to the My Orders section on our website.
- Click ‘Return’ next to the item you’d like to return.
Return Window:
You can return most items within 15 days of delivery. For specific eligibility, refer to the product details on the item’s page.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted for:
- Innerwear
- Cosmetics
Other items like notebooks, wearables, and select accessories may also be non-returnable. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Pickup & Shipping:
- Pickup will be arranged within 2–3 working days of your request.
- If pickup isn’t available in your area, you can self-ship the item. We recommend using India Post – Speed Post for reliable service.

How Will I Get My Refund?
Getting Your Refund – Here’s What to Expect
We process refunds quickly once your returned item reaches us and clears our quality check. After that, your money will be on its way within 48 hours.
Refund Timelines Based on Payment Method:
- Wallet Refunds: Credited almost instantly after initiation.
- NEFT Transfers: Takes 3 to 5 working days to reflect in your account.
- Payment Gateway (Credit/Debit Card, UPI): Takes 5 to 7 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

How Do I Exchange the Product?
Need to Exchange Your Product? We’ve Got You Covered!
At Attri Lifestyle, we want your fit to be just right. You can request an exchange for most items within 15 days of delivery. Please refer to the product description for specific eligibility.
Exchange Guidelines:
- Exchanges are available only for size-related issues.
- Products must be purchased directly from Attri Lifestyle.
- Each order is eligible for one exchange request.
- If needed, the exchanged item can also be returned later.
How the Exchange Works:
- We’ll schedule a pickup for the item you want to exchange.
- Once it passes a quality check, your new size will be shipped.
- The replacement will reach you within 2–3 working days after pickup.
Please ensure that all exchanged items are in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
How Can I Get My Return and Refund?
Returns
You can initiate a return request within 15 days of delivery. Refer to the product page for item-specific eligibility.
Note: Certain items are non-returnable. Check the product page for details.
Refunds
Once your return passes inspection, refunds are processed within 48 hours.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to your wallet instantly or refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds can be processed to your wallet or via NEFT to your bank account within 3–5 business days.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within one hour of confirmation. After this period, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
